Clairesquares handcrafts unique caramel and chocolate based products derived from traditional Irish recipes. A new artisan confectioner on the Bay Areas exciting food scene, Clairesquares, puts a fresh slant on classic Irish treats.
 
For our decadent signature product, also called Clairesquares, we start with a buttery shortbread base, then coat it with a thick layer of rich caramel and top it off with a smooth coating of Belgian chocolate. Flapjacks, our latest addition, are crunchy, toffee-flavored oat bars dipped in luscious Belgian chocolate. All of our artisan products are made entirely by hand in small batches using only premium, all natural and preservative-free ingredients.
